Advanced design
SEMLIMA adopted advanced CAD/CAM technique to examine analogue variables and mechanism vibrations, then used analysis by CAT to confirm the design. Through the analytic curve, we were able to spot the areas of strength focus or the variable effect and overcome problems in the early stages of design to ensure the machines life and quality. Our machines are made entirely of 100% imported top end steel.

Hing End Steel Mechanism
Our machines are made entirely of MAHANITE steel for stability. The main shaft and important parts are all processed by CNC, vacuum heating and then grinding to ensure durability and prevent deformation.

Advanced design via CAD/CAE to examine analogue variables	SEMLIMA adopted Japanese Mitsui Seiki, the most precise & accurate digitally controlled computerized machine head, with a tolerance of ±0.003".
Our factory uses Japanese high accuracy computerized grinding miller, internal hole grinding, out diameter grinding, flat grinding and forming grinding.	Our factory adopted 30 sets of computerized digital controlled CNC to produce every part and to ensure its accuracy and high quality.
